in Kamiyama

I was very disappointed that the boat we had reserved a place on in Silver Week was  unable to take us whale watching. It was cancelled because of sudden and mysterious high waves.

I decided that morning that with or without a boat I would go whale watching anyway.  It seems that the people of Kochi City enjoy more than just the appearance of whales. In homage to their enthusiasm there is an abundance of whales to be found all over the City.
