Charlotte #2’s Farewell Exhibition Party, Feb 10, 2007
2007 2007.2.10
Exhibition and dinner at the Shimobun Atelier. Lots of foreign faces here and there. It really felt like “Global Kamiyama” here today.
Nikolai was sad to see her go, and kept making flirtatious comments (haha).
Medium well-done venison and sirloin seasoned with salt and pepper… Very nice.
I forget what this one was called, but it was a little spicy, so I’ll call it Spicy Beef Stir-fry.
Dessert from the original Chan Café. There were lots of other things that looked pretty tasty too. The party started at 5pm and ended at 9:30. We all sang “Auld Lang Syne” and did some kind of pantomime dance (??) to end the party.
Charlotte #2 leaves Tokushima tomorrow, and she’ll depart from Japan on the 14th. She says she’ll come back again next year.
