Welcome back, Liz Roth!  KAIR2003 artist Liz Roth is coming back to Kamiyama in July.  She was KAIR 2003 invited artist and came back in 2008 for KAIR10 year anniversary and this is her 3rd time visiting Kamiyama!
She will have workshops at the school in Tokushima city with the children in special needs and hold an artist talk in Kamiyama.
