KAIR 2011
Diary 2011.11.12
So, that is it for another year. Ten weeks, over in flash. Today, the studios in Shimobun got cleaned out and the trees outside hacked up. Rubbish that had accumulated over the years during the KAIR was bagged and binned. The current artists are leaving one by one and it fills me with a sense of emptiness and anxiety. I worry that it’s going to be too quiet here without them but, in fact, it never is. Life goes on.
I thought I would share some (pretty unclear) pictures of the work in case you missed the exhibition (think of it like a taster):
Yui Inoue.
Marina Carvalho.
Kevin Yates.
I can hear some deer screaming in the woods outside.
Did you have a good time? And, have a safe trip home
and please come again.
It was fun.
