Making soba at Tanakazu san’s. English Parents have never made soba before but they have made pasta and bread. Making soba is somewhere in between the two..
The soba noodles were excellent as was the broth and the company.

Itoi-san - Kanuma soil. Likes salmon sashimi, dislikes entrails of sea cucumber. Ru-san - Lancashire hotpot. Creative type. Likes being outdoors. Dislikes status.
