The roadsides have had the plants cut back, and the empty cans and other garbage really stand out now.

By the way, our first Adopt-a-Highway event happened on June 26, 1998. It’s been almost exactly ten years. (It would take too much effort, so we won’t be having any kind of commemorative event… haha)

But, Kamiyama has started to look pretty good.
